“The dream of the Orient” with Wiener Symphoniker

In the traditional family concerts “Classical Hits” in the Golden Hall of the Musikverein, the Wiener Symphoniker present great works from the classical repertoire in cooperation with the Gesellschaft der Musikfreunde. Marko Simsa moderates with entertaining anecdotes and exciting facts.
This time he travels with us to the sound world of the Orient.

In this concert, Sofia Labropoulou will perform the part “Oriental night” from the Symphony No.1 op.28 “Istanbul Senfonisi” by Fazil Say.
