Unbounded Sounds

Unbounded Sounds is a music series created by the kanun virtuoso, improviser and composer Sofia Labropoulou. Debuting in 2025, the series invites audiences to experience a unique blend of folk traditions, contemporary innovation, and Vienna’s rich music diversity.

Held at the Sargfabrik Kulturhaus (concerts), and mica – music austria Seminarraum (workshops) this series is set to inspire both long-time music lovers and curious newcomers.

Through these performances and workshops, Unbounded Sounds highlights the beauty of artistic diversity and the transformative power of collaboration, offering audiences a unique opportunity to witness the convergence of tradition and modernity.
